Shailesh is a Pharma and Healthcare professional with 2 plus decades of experience. He is a Chemistry graduate, PG in Pharmaceutical Marketing, PG in Clinical Research, and an alumnus of IIM -Ahmedabad, and INSEAD -Singapore having done 1-year programs in Leadership and General Management. Shailesh has worked in multiple organization namely Alkem, Wockhardt, Universal, Lupin and Cipla. Before he ventured into entrepreneurship, Shailesh was project head Cipla for it's largest SBU-Omnicare. Shailesh has also written a book on Public speaking, Presentation, and Communication skills which is one of the best sellers on Amazon.
Tushar Gupte
Management Consultant
Tushar Gupte is a seasoned FMCG and consulting professional with 20+ years of experience across India and Indonesia. A B.Pharm graduate and SIBM Pune MBA, he has driven growth for brands including Parle, CavinKare, Lindt, Starbucks, Kettle and more. He has built iconic brands such as Hide & Seek, Monaco and Poppins, alongside delivering high-impact supply-chain and market-entry mandates. An Amazon-published author, Tushar is also the Founder of Gurupaath Education, an audio-first, zero-screen-time learning platform. A passionate social contributor, he supports education, inclusion and humanitarian causes through Rotary, Robin Hood Army and Maitribodh Family.

Mahesh Patil
Delivery & Operations Head
Dr. Mahesh Patil is a technology and engineering leader with 25+ years of experience across engineering, IoT, power electronics and EVs. He spearheaded Amphenol Sensors India for a decade as Project Director and India Head, leading technology and manufacturing operations. A pioneer in electric mobility, he co-built one of India’s early electric buses in collaboration with IIT Delhi and led Hero Group’s EV division. He is the author of Control Systems for Power Electronics: A Practical Guide published by Springer, with multiple IEEE publications. Currently, he is Director at Indiinnovation Foundry, while mentoring startups and advocating foundational core engineering.
