Shailesh Patil

Shailesh is a Pharma and Healthcare professional with 2 plus decades of experience. He is a Chemistry graduate, PG in Pharmaceutical Marketing, PG in Clinical Research, and an alumnus of IIM -Ahmedabad, and INSEAD -Singapore having done 1-year programs in Leadership and General Management. Shailesh has worked in multiple organization namely Alkem, Wockhardt, Universal, Lupin and Cipla. Before he ventured into entrepreneurship, Shailesh was project head Cipla for it's largest SBU-Omnicare. Shailesh has also written a book on Public speaking, Presentation, and Communication skills which is one of the best sellers on Amazon.

Rajendra Dhandhukia

Co-founder

Rajendra started his career as a Medical Representative with GSK in 1981 and has grown through the line functions while working with Cipla, DRL, Sun, RPG Life Sciences, and Abbott. He has held various leadership positions as President, COO, and Director across organizations during the last 15 years of total 39 years of experience in the Indian Pharma Industry. His last stint was as the Managing Director with Veritaz (Aurobindo group company). Rajendra holds a bachelor’s degree in Science with Management studies from Chetna Institute of Management while specializing in Marketing & Sales Management from Bhartiya Vidya Peth, Mumbai. In 2020, Rajendra embarked on a new journey as an executive and leadership coach. He is a certified Gallup coach and is also certified from WBECS (US) for Narrative Coaching. Presently, he is pursuing certification from the Progress U (Singapore) executive coach program. Rajendra got his certification as independent director from the Indian Institute of Directors in 2019.

Sandesh Prabhu

Sandesh heads the IT and Tech aspects of Accendx. He is MBA Tech and Mechanical Eng from NMIMS. He has helped build multiple startups and also drives Innovation for Mumukshu Healthcare
