Shailesh is a Pharma and Healthcare professional with 2 plus decades of experience. He is a Chemistry graduate, PG in Pharmaceutical Marketing, PG in Clinical Research, and an alumnus of IIM -Ahmedabad, and INSEAD -Singapore having done 1-year programs in Leadership and General Management. Shailesh has worked in multiple organization namely Alkem, Wockhardt, Universal, Lupin and Cipla. Before he ventured into entrepreneurship, Shailesh was project head Cipla for it's largest SBU-Omnicare. Shailesh has also written a book on Public speaking, Presentation, and Communication skills which is one of the best sellers on Amazon.

Tushar Gupte

Tushar Gupte is a seasoned FMCG and consulting professional with over two decades of experience across India and Indonesia in food, personal care, and health-tech sectors. A B.Pharm graduate and MBA from SIBM Pune, Tushar has led growth mandates for leading brands at Parle, CavinKare, SM Foods, and Indomas, as well as globally recognized names like Lindt, Kettle, Starbucks, and more. He has launched and built iconic brands like Hide & Seek, Monaco, and Poppins, creating award-winning marketing campaigns and permanent assets in modern trade. Tushar has also spent 6 years in TOC-led supply chain consulting with firms like Godrej, Raymonds, and Orang Tua, delivering 2x topline growth and 98% SKU availability with minimal inventory. As a marketing consultant, he has advised Canadian AI-based med-tech companies and Japanese green-tech innovators on India entry and scaling strategies. Tushar is the Amazon-published author of The Smiling Nation – Indonesia, with a second book on productivity and holistic living set to release soon. He is the Founder of Gurupaath Education Pvt. Ltd., an innovative, audio-first learning platform enabling zero-screen-time learning for schools, institutes, and corporates. A passionate social contributor, Tushar actively supports blind schools, underprivileged children, and humanitarian causes through Rotary, Robin Hood Army, and Maitribodh Family.
